  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, coconut, or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the strawberries in a bowl to release their juice.
  2. Add orange juice, yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Stir in chia seeds evenly.
  4. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
